Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • To provide office administrative support and handling admin daily matters.
  • Responsible for the office administration activities including quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, and other documentation.
  • Responsibilities to handle sales operation including sales enquiries, sales ordering, collection, payments record, and customer database update and order confirmation posting.
  • To work closely with sales person, warehouse person in charge & suppliers.
  • Supervise and follow up with warehouse on stock arrangements and inventory check
  • To carry out such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business/Admin is an advantage.
  • Preferably 1–2 years experience in sales, admin, or customer service
  • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and good time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Have own transport
