Job Description

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Purchasing (Non-Trade):
  • Handle non-trade procurement (e.g. stationery, consumables, tools, PPE, office supplies)
  • Prepare and process purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and order follow-ups
  • Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation
  • Perform supplier invoice entry into the system
  • Record and maintain warehouse worker attendance, overtime, and leave records
  • Support warehouse operations with administrative documentation
  • Perform document filing

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary school / diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of administrative experience (warehouse or logistics environment preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and invoice processing
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and filing skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, reliable, and well-organized
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to work in a warehouse/operations environment

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
