Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts
- Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting records accurately.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
- Organize and file financial documents and records.
- Support audit, tax, and statutory compliance activities.
Administration
- Handle general administrative duties, including document filing and record management.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement requests.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Coordinate courier services, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
