Job scope of duties are as follows:-
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Directly responsible daily routine job such as preparing staff payrolls, update daily production reports, issue documents such as Invoices, DO, PO etc .
- Act as Document Controller for GMP+B2 management system.
- Maintain and backup documents such as Weighing Bridge Receipt, COA, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, ISO documents etc.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in office area.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies.
- Plan and arrange for logistic schedule such as Containers Pick up and Raw Materials Tanker incoming schedule.
- Perform monthly production inventory stock check.
- Assist on organizing any training needs event.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma holder
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- A dynamic person who have good attitude, discipline, responsibility and willing to learn.
- Able to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
