Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager/s to lead operations with passion & integrity
- Deliver world-class service and memorable guest experiences
- Mentor and onboard new team members
- Support the team by identifying training needs and partaking in ongoing on-the-job training.
- Supervise with stock counts, inventory, scheduling and reporting where needed.
- Supervise daily opening/ closing duties including End of Day practices and reporting from Revel and Seven Rooms.
- Follow and uphold all Black Sheep Restaurants guidelines, protocols and checklists
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants’ concepts, menus and wine lists.
- Uphold & exceed standards of food quality, safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Aware of the happenings across the Black Sheep Restaurants community.
- Build strong team spirit and a positive working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant / Café Service crew (or similar role)
- Strong knowledge & interest in food, wine, the hospitality industry
- A leader who is passionate about guest service and motivating a team
- Ambitious and eager to grow into a Managerial role
