Supervisor (Pre-Opening!)

We’re looking for a talented Supervisor to join the front-of-house team at Dempsey Hill, our newest concept.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service, including table assignments, seating, and timely turnover.
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service, maintaining consistency and high standards.
- Work closely with the Sommelier, Guest Relations, and Bar team to ensure seamless coordination and a flawless guest experience.
- Provide guests with knowledgeable recommendations on food, cocktails, and beverages.
- Assist in training staff on service standards, SOPs, and best practices for guest interaction.
- Monitor guest flow and manage reservations to maximize seating efficiency.
- Support the team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Contribute to seasonal menus, promotions, and events by providing feedback from guests and floor operations.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to optimize floor operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest concerns or feedback promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on learning, excellence, and operational efficiency.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Has strong leadership skills and enjoys managing a team on the floor.
- Communicates clearly with guests and staff, with a knack for making recommendations.
- Balance operational structure with flexibility and creativity.
- Has 3–5 years of proven experience in fine dining, cocktail bars, or upscale casual restaurants.
- Has pre-opening or high-volume experience (preferred).

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
