We’re looking for a talented Supervisor to join the front-of-house team at Dempsey Hill, our newest concept.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service, including table assignments, seating, and timely turnover.
  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during service, maintaining consistency and high standards.
  • Work closely with the Sommelier, Guest Relations, and Bar team to ensure seamless coordination and a flawless guest experience.
  • Provide guests with knowledgeable recommendations on food, cocktails, and beverages.
  • Assist in training staff on service standards, SOPs, and best practices for guest interaction.
  • Monitor guest flow and manage reservations to maximize seating efficiency.
  • Support the team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Contribute to seasonal menus, promotions, and events by providing feedback from guests and floor operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to optimize floor operations and enhance guest experiences.
  • Handle guest concerns or feedback promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on learning, excellence, and operational efficiency.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Has strong leadership skills and enjoys managing a team on the floor.
  • Communicates clearly with guests and staff, with a knack for making recommendations.
  • Balance operational structure with flexibility and creativity.
  • Has 3–5 years of proven experience in fine dining, cocktail bars, or upscale casual restaurants.
  • Has pre-opening or high-volume experience (preferred).
