Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Singapore for an Engineering Drafter. The Engineering Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction and renovation projects. Daily tasks include interpreting architectural designs, collaborating with engineers, ensuring project specifications are met, and preparing detailed CAD drawings. Additionally, the Engineering Drafter will work with the project team to review and adjust designs to meet client needs and adhere to regulatory codes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, technical drawing, and construction documentation.
• Experience in space planning and ability to create detailed floor plans and layouts.
• Technical competency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety codes and building regulations.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with engineers, designers, and contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in residential construction projects is an advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Construction experience
• 5+ years of work experience with Civil Engineering Drafting

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
