Role Focus

This position is designed to provide practical exposure to live event operations, coordination, and real-time execution within a professional environment.

The programme focuses on developing:

• Strong operational discipline and situational awareness during live events.
• The ability to remain composed, make sound decisions, and adapt under pressure.
• Clear and effective communication while supporting real-time event execution.
• Consistency, accountability, and reliability in delivering operational responsibilities.

You will gain firsthand insight into how structured, high-quality events are planned, coordinated, and executed from preparation through completion.

What You Will Do

• Support guest registration, check-in procedures, and professional attendee reception.
• Assist with ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow coordination.
• Help with event setup, teardown, and on-site logistical preparations.
• Provide operational support by coordinating programme flow and managing timing transitions.
• Maintain professionalism, attentiveness, and composure throughout live event operations.
• (Optional) Assist with basic event content creation, including photography and short-form video capture.
