We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to assist with client communication, appointment coordination and engagement initiatives. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and building professional relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients professionally
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and follow-up activities
• Support client engagement and relationship-building initiatives
• Maintain accurate client records and updates
• Learn effective customer engagement and communication techniques
