HR Executive | Summer Intake (Post-Exams) | Talent Acquisition & People Operations

We are building a high-performing talent acquisition and people operations team dedicated to raising the standard of how we attract, assess, and onboard great talent.

This is a structured, hands-on opportunity for individuals seeking genuine end-to-end recruitment experience. Rather than simply observing the process, you will be involved in live hiring activities within a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

Role Focus

This role is designed to build strong practical foundations in talent acquisition and people operations through full-cycle, real-world recruitment exposure.

What You Will Do

  • Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and direct outreach channels.
  • Conduct initial screening conversations and structured interviews with comprehensive guidance and training provided.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-up activities with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain organised recruitment pipelines and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding coordination to deliver a smooth and consistent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine recruitment processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen hiring outcomes.
