About the role

StellaRéseau Pte Ltd is seeking a Class 4 Driver to join our transport operations team based in Singapore. This is a position that plays a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers. As a Class 4 Driver, you will be responsible for operating medium-sized vehicles and maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism and customer service whilst on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Class 4 vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies
• Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at designated locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any mechanical or safety issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance
• Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring goods are properly secured and protected during transit
• Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with clients at delivery points
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate safety equipment
• Report any accidents, incidents or vehicle defects immediately to management
• Maintain a clean and well-organised vehicle at all times

What we're looking for

• Valid Class 4 driving licence with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience in road transport or logistics
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to on-time delivery performance
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry goods safely
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Experience with route planning and GPS navigation systems
• A proactive approach to vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
