Role Focus

This internship is designed to provide a solid introduction to two essential areas:

• Developing practical financial literacy that supports sound personal financial decisions and important life goals.
• Gaining authentic industry experience for students interested in exploring a long-term career in financial services.

What You'll Do

• Support various stages of operational workflows, including preparation, documentation, coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Attend organised training programmes, market discussions, and product knowledge sessions to strengthen your understanding of the industry.
• Assist with research, information consolidation, presentation and template preparation, as well as administrative support under guidance.
• Observe how advisory work progresses from understanding client needs through planning, implementation, and periodic review.
• Participate in a structured performance reflection with mentors to identify strengths, growth areas, and future development opportunities.
