Role Focus

A resume-worthy operations role for organised, detail-oriented students. You’ll support real internal workflows that keep a professional team running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role where precision and reliability matter.

What You Will Do

  • Support document verification, data validation, and operational follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and internal communications.
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM platforms, Excel trackers, and Google Sheets.
  • Prepare operational resources such as templates, reports, meeting notes, and checklists.
  • Organise and maintain digital filing systems with a high standard of accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational coordination to ensure workflows are completed efficiently and smoothly.
