MARINE EXECUTIVE

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the Marine Manager and Marine Superintendents in day-to-day vessel operations and marine-related activities.
• Assist in monitoring vessel operational performance, compliance status and follow-up actions arising from inspections, audits and internal reviews.
• Coordinate and follow up on PSC, flag state, SIRE/CDI and other third-party inspections, including preparation, documentation and closure of findings.
• Compile monthly reports, vessel KPIs, performance data and other marine operational reports for management review.
• Complete vessel questionnaires and maintain accurate vessel information on relevant marine platforms and databases.
• Maintain proper records of audit reports, inspection findings, corrective actions and follow-up status.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable maritime regulations.
• Liaise with internal departments, vessels, external parties and regulatory bodies as required to support smooth marine operations.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level, ITE, Diploma or equivalent qualification; a maritime-related qualification will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in marine operations, ship management, , vessel documentation or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of vessel operations, inspection follow-ups, audit documentation and maritime compliance requirements will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination, documentation and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight timelines.
