Haleon Malaysia is looking for a Demand Forecasting & Customer Service Lead to drive demand planning excellence, customer service performance, and inventory optimization across our Consumer Healthcare business. Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Lead, you will lead a team and work closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Planning, Customers and 3PL partners to ensure forecast accuracy, supply continuity, and superior customer service

Key Responsibiliti

  • esLead the monthly Core Commercial Cycle (CCC), including Pre-DRM and DRM processe
  • s.Develop and manage a robust 24-month demand forecas
  • t.Drive forecast accuracy, bias management, inventory optimization, and business plannin
  • g.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to align demand and supply plan
  • s.Support new product launches, promotions, and commercial initiatives through effective demand plannin
  • g.Lead stock allocation decisions during supply constraint
  • s.Manage Customer Service operations including order processing, claims, returns, and customer issue resolutio
  • n.Drive OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory, and customer service KPI
  • s.Manage relationships with key customers and logistics service providers (3PLs
  • ).Lead, coach, and develop the Demand Forecasting and Customer Service tea

What We're Looking

  • ForBachelor's degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fie
  • ld.Minimum 5 years' experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Customer Service, or Supply Cha
  • in.Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, S&OP/IBP processes, Inventory Management, ERP systems, and Customer Supply Cha
  • in.Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skil
  • ls.Experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods industries preferr
