Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual representations and layout drawings of company products for use in sales, manufacturing, and formwork erection.
• Provide engineering support to sales teams and customers to ensure the safe and effective use of the product.
• Recommend materials, design methods, and layout improvements aligned with manufacturing capabilities.
• Draft preliminary layouts and determine equipment requirements for both standard and custom projects.
• Produce detailed erection and construction drawings for projects as assigned.
• Perform drafting and engineering tasks for pre-sale activities in coordination with District Engineers and other stakeholders.
• Review and verify drawings and equipment take-offs; guide Drafters and Checkers as needed.
• Supervise specific projects or project components when required.
• Assist in the development and coordination of training materials related to formwork systems, policies, and procedures.
• Propose updates to drafting standards and suggest improvements to the engineering process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven working knowledge of Revit and Computer Aided Drafting (CAD).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organisational, and computer skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific design standards and best practices.
• Ability to review engineering drawings and perform engineering calculations, quantity take-off, and technical assessments to support project planning and execution.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to resolve engineering and construction-related issues through sound calculations and engineering judgment.
