Responsibilities
- Preparing estimation costs based on the design layout and 3D visuals for each proposal or any tender proposals.
- Preparing design proposals with bills of quantity for all materials, labourers and equipment as well as all related documents within the given timeframe.
- Arranging and handling all suppliers and subcontractors to visit the related site and accumulate all the proposals or quotations from third parties.
- Ensuring the materials' lead time and delivery at the site within the timeline given.
- To undertake any other duties & responsibilities as so instructed by Director.
- Purchasing and delivery arrangements for each project proposal awarded.
