- Bring products to life by explaining features, benefits, and solutions during showroom visits.
- Take ownership of the showroom’s appearance, ensure it is always clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Keep product displays and samples updated, ensuring the showroom always reflects the latest offerings.
- Actively drive showroom traffic through initiatives, follow-ups, and customer engagement activities.
- Turn enquiries into opportunities by generating leads and following up with potential customers.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare accurate quotations and ensure smooth coordination of sales documentation and filing.
- Plan your weekly activities strategically to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth sales journey from enquiry to closing.
- Take initiative and contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer experience.
- Support any additional tasks assigned by Management when needed.
