Role Description

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing human resources functions that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence. This role oversees key HR activities including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, learning and development, and policy implementation.

The position involves developing and executing human resources strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
