Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Facade Designer role based in Pioneer. The Facade Designer will prepare and develop shop drawings for façade, cladding, and glazing works in accordance with project specifications, architectural intent, and engineering requirements. The role includes coordinating design details with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure buildability. The designer will review and refine façade design concepts, propose practical solutions, and support material selection and detailing. Responsibilities also include ensuring drawings comply with relevant codes and standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting site teams with design clarifications during installation.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in façade-related design, including Facade and Facade Design.
• Hands-on experience producing accurate Shop Drawings for construction and installation.
• Knowledge of external envelope systems, including Cladding and Glazing.
• Proficiency in CAD or similar design software for 2D and basic 3D detailing.
• Understanding of building codes, standards, and typical façade connection details.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in façade or aluminum industry projects in Singapore or the region is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Pioneer and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
