What you'll own

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Maintain HR documentation, records, and compliance with precision
• Drive employee engagement and people operations initiatives

HRIS & Digital HR Systems

• Administer leave, claims, attendance, and HRIS platforms
• Ensure data accuracy and HR system compliance across tools

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Drive internship hiring and university partnership programs
• Position KOLs.Asia as an employer of choice across digital platforms

HR Technology & AI Enablement

• Champion HR digitalization and automation initiatives
• Integrate AI-driven tools into HR workflows and employee experience

Admin & Office Operations

• Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and office coordination
• Provide smooth day-to-day operational support across departments
