Responsibilities
**Job Summary**
Seeking a dedicated Student Care Supervisor to oversee holistic after-school programmes for primary school children. You will manage daily operations, coordinate educational activities, and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and team members in a multicultural learning environment.
**Job Description**
• Plan, coordinate and oversee comprehensive after-school student care programmes and facilities
• Supervise daily worksheets, curriculum activities, and provide classroom coverage when required
Able to take over classroom management as and when any teacher is away on vacation or sick leave.
Meticulous in checking the children’s daily worksheets and curriculum.
Develop and conduct engaging social, recreational activities and school holiday programmes
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's progress and wellbeing
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification with knowledge of primary school subjects
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
• Passion for nurturing children with resourcefulness in planning engaging activities
• Experience in related field preferred; strong team player committed to excellence
