Responsibilities
We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Outlet Manager to join our Wingstop team! If you enjoy leading a team, creating great guest experiences, and running daily operations smoothly, this role is for you.
*Job Responsibilities*
- Oversee daily outlet operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, service flow)
- Lead, supervise, and motivate teammembers
- Handle roster planning, staff training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are always met
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues on the spot
- Support recruitment of team members
- Drive sales targets and maintain outlet profitability
- Hustle to deliver speed of service to customers
Requirements
- Must have *at least* 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in F&B
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good problem-solving skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to get hands-on with the team
