Responsibilities
Restaurant Captain
Sentosa (Transport provided from VivoCity)
Salary: From $2,500 to $2,800
5 Days Work Week | 44 Hours
Fixed Off Days: Monday & Tuesday
OT Pay Applicable for Hours Beyond 44 Hours
We are seeking service-oriented Restaurant Captains to provide excellent dining experiences and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities
• Welcome and attend to guests professionally
• Assist with seating and table reservations
• Take food & beverage orders and serve guests
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest enquiries
• Coordinate guest requests with kitchen team
• Maintain cleanliness and service standards
Requirements
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and team-oriented
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
