About the role

As a Logistic Executive at AYS Ventures Berhad, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective management of the company's logistics operations. This full-time position is based in Klang, Selangor, and will involve ensuring the seamless coordination of transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of goods and materials to customers and distribution centers

2. Monitoring inventory levels and reordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels

3. Preparing and processing shipping and transportation documentation

4. Liaising with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

5. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency

6. Maintaining accurate records and providing regular reporting on logistics activities

7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives

8. Perform overall others duties assigned by the superior.

What we're looking for

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex logistics challenges

3. Proficient in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

5. Knowledge of relevant logistics regulations and compliance requirements
