Job Description:

• Install, configure, administer, and support WebLogic and JBoss application servers.
• Implement and maintain SSL encryption and secure communication configurations.
• Monitor middleware platform performance, availability, and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve middleware, application, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with database, networking, and infrastructure teams.
• Develop and maintain Unix/Shell scripts for automation and operational support.
• Support application deployment, release management, and environment setup.
• Perform system tuning, patching, upgrades, and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, banking regulations, and IT policies.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation.
  

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• 6–9 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Middleware Administration, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Administration (Expert Level).
• Experience with JBoss Application Server.
• Experience in SSL encryption setup and management.
• Strong Unix/Linux administration skills (HPUX, Linux, Solaris).
• Strong Unix Shell scripting experience.
• Experience troubleshooting middleware and application server issues.
• Basic Oracle Database knowledge.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in enterprise or banking environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Load balancers, networking concepts, and traffic routing.
• Database connectivity and performance tuning knowledge.
• Digital Banking or Financial Services experience.
