Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow B2B customer relationships across local and international markets.

• Handle sales enquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and commercial coordination.

• Work closely with operations, logistics, quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Support business development initiatives and contribute towards sales targets.

• Monitor sales activities, customer opportunities, and market developments.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Ensure compliance with internal quality and operational procedures.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related discipline.

• Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.

• Exposure to healthcare products, PPE, industrial products, manufacturing, or export-oriented businesses is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills will be an added advantage.
