The Sales Executive role at LILA TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD is a full-time, on-site position located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through post-sales follow-ups. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
• Strong communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Result-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to create tailored solutions for customer needs
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently and work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of the construction, HVAC or industrial sectors is a plus
• Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
