What you can expect

The Evaluation Coordinator coordinates project activities related to data preparation, analysis and reporting in order to provide related project deliverables in accordance with project requirements in budget and on time.

Responsible for

• Executing the role “Evaluation Lead” within assigned projects and PM’s for all client enquiries.
• Supporting the Technical Solution Lead during project acquisition phase, define evaluation approach and deliverable requirements
• Considering lessons learned, best-practice, and know-how from previous projects
• Upon contract award defining/organizing the evaluation approach and sequence the activities (create a break down work structure for evaluation)
• Requesting and coordinating qualified personnel as required for evaluation performance
• Providing to and requesting from team members the required information
• Leading the data evaluation planning activities using right planning tools and monitoring evaluation related deliverables
• Ensuring the assigned team is able to complete the deliverables in time, within budget and in compliance with our/customer QHSE standards
• Pro-active communication and coordination with other lead roles, evaluation team members and other stakeholders at an early stage (i.e. status updates, changes, …)
• Ensuring the quality of the requested evaluation related results in line with the project specifications
• In case of deviations, consulting customer and/or other project team members to align the situation aiming on the collection of inspection data within the required specifications
• In agreement with the Project Manager, providing evaluation support services to the client
• Documenting lessons learned and share valuable information
• Keep key stakeholders in know assigned activities status.
• Immediate escalation to Workgroup Lead or Department manager with respect to project related workload and timing requirements
• Supporting Quality Department and Process professional in investigations and Root Cause Analysis

• Proficient in spoken and written English
  
  

Education & Experience

• Senior / Level 2 Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL-A) & Geometry (GEO) analysis qualification required. (Bonus: candidate also achieved Data Processor Level 2 Qualification)
• Past experience with relevant technologies (MFL-A, GEO, UT, mapping etc) will be considered too.
• Has experience in handling NDE verification results with the inspections report (e.g: field verification report, fiel image comparison), and able to check the data in case of deviations.
• More than 7 years’ experience as an Evaluation Data Analyst.
