Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Supervisor role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and equipment for mechanical completion and commissioning projects. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate documentation of stock movements, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining organized storage areas. The role will supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company safety and HSE procedures. The Warehouse Supervisor will also support continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with project and logistics teams, and help maintain equipment readiness for onshore and offshore operations.


Job Description

1. Lead and supervise warehouse technicians, ensuring daily activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

2. Develop and maintain an effective warehouse system for tracking equipment and tools movement (in/out).

3. Develop and maintain the accurate inventory records and ensure all assets are properly identified and traceable.

4. Monitor and coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and certifications.

5. Maintain complete equipment history records, including movement, maintenance, repair, and certification status.

6. Manage hardcopy and digital documentation, including scanning and storing certificates in a cloud-based system.

7. Compile and provide equipment certificates and supporting documents as requested by Engineering, Proposal, and Project teams.

8. Arrange transportation and coordinate logistics for equipment delivery and return.

9. Conduct periodic inventory checks and ensure warehouse housekeeping standards are maintained.

10. Identify and implement practical improvements to enhance warehouse operations, asset tracking, and document control.

11. Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to management on warehouse activities, equipment status, and inventory records.
