Responsibilities
- To support growing technical inquiries and sales funnel in Malaysia & SEA on 3D optical systems
- Identify and develop new customers for the 3D optical business, with support of business partner, local sales and Customer Segment.
- Identify and monitor focus segments in the local market
- To develop and grow the business partners sales funnel to ensure a healthy conversion rate to opportunities and order
- Fulfill the 3D optical system sales target & KPI’s assigned (sales funnel, opportunities, orders, revenue).
- To support growing technical inquiries and sales funnel in Malaysia & SEA on 3D optical business.
- Learn and master the usage of 3D optical systems (software and hardware).
- Demonstrate capabilities of the 3D optical measurement systems to potential customers.
- Perform product training and periodic product updates for sales team and ZEISS business partners.
- Support ZEISS sales organization in the sales process or assist business partner, providing product recommendations for customer’s applications.
- Perform installation, Training and support to customer
- Create effective 3D optical system content together with the business partner based on industry focus. Content includes presentations, webinar recordings & seminars.
