Responsibilities
We seek high-energy individuals who find joy in delighting our customers, ensuring satisfaction, and ALWAYS bringing a SMILE to our customers’ faces.
Our esteemed Retail professional in our COURTS Retail Stores daily task is as follows:
Daily cash, credit, and flexi-plan collections
Be updated on corporate partners’ rewards and redemption programme
Online sales order collection
Home Club Membership sign-ups
Handle general customers and flexi-plan accounts enquiries
Sell add-on services - Instant Replacement / Extended Warranty etc
Any other duties assigned by your superior
Requirements:
At least a Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC
Minimum 1 year of related cash handling experience
Friendly personality with good communication skills
Computer literate and systems savvy
Able to work retail hours
Able to strive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
