Responsibilities
Manage, operate, and maintain all audio-visual (AV) systems within the facility, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Set up, configure, and support online meeting systems (e.g. Kandao meeting systems and other AV conferencing devices), including cameras, microphones, speakers, and control interfaces.
Provide end-to-end support for meetings and events, including pre-event setup, live operation, and post-event teardown.
Be on standby to support events, board meetings, and high-level/critical sessions, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted AV operations.
Configure and assist users with meeting applications on laptops and devices, ensuring proper integration with AV systems (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex).
Ensure all venues (meeting rooms, seminar room, theatrette ) are properly set up and ready for AV and hybrid meeting usage at all times.
Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues promptly to minimise disruption to operations.
Maintain and manage AV equipment as well as other inventory and fixed assets within the facility, including asset tagging, tracking, stock control, audits, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management.
Manage and administer the Visitor Management System (VMS) and Card Access System
Liaise with occupants on AV, access control, and system-related matters, and update the Client on status, issues, and user requirements as and when required.
Perform regular updating and uploading of content to the TV/media display systems
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system maintenance, upgrades, and rectification works.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, security requirements, and relevant standards for AV and access control systems.
Provide user training and guidance on AV systems and related technologies
Requirement
Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
