  • 岗位职责
    协助 HRBP 对接业务部门,支持业务部门会议及
  • 会后事项跟踪参与员工入职、转正、离职等流程性事务
  • 的跟进与执行协助维护员工信息系统(花名册、组织架构、
  • 基础数据等)参与人力资源数据的整理、统计与基础分析,
  • 输出相关报表支持 HRBP 在绩效、培训、人才发展、组织文化等项目

    任职要求

    本科及以上在读,人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理、社
  • 会学等相关专业优先对 HRBP / 业务型 HR 工作有兴趣
  • ,愿意深入了解业务工作响应及时,具备良好的沟通能力,逻辑清晰,
  • 工作细心,有责任感熟练使用 Office,熟练使用飞书沟
