About the Role
As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our healthcare services. This is a dynamic, field-based role that combines sales, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Cordlife’s healthcare banking services to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and referral partners
- Drive enquiry generation and achieve assigned sales targets within your territory
- Expand market share through strategic engagement and new channel development
- Manage and support maternity hospital-related events and initiatives
- Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly reports and updates
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Represent Cordlife at public events, seminars, and professional forums
- Oversee operational matters for Client Relations Officers (if assigned)
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance standards at cord blood collection sites
- Act as deputy for cord blood collection site management and readiness

- sDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare disciplin
- eFresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in medical sales or healthcare-related roles will be an advantag
- eStrong understanding of the healthcare and clinical environmen
- tAbility to work independently with minimal supervisio
- nExcellent interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building capabilitie
- sStrong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skill
- sProactive, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environmen
- tProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspac
- eConfident in engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all level
- sPossess a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (or willingness to rent one for work purposes
