We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and HR operations.
The role will partner closely with business leaders to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and talent development programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and annual salary review processes
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR policies.
- Manage work pass applications, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.
- Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and organizational initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and HR reporting.
- Partner with management to support business objectives and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably covering the full HR spectrum.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
