Our client is a well-established Private Equity firm with a strong investment track record across Asia. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a highly organised and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Investment Team.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Investment Team
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
- Organise internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence as required
- Handle expense claims, invoice processing, and administrative documentation
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper document management
- Liaise with external stakeholders, business partners, and service providers professionally
- Support office administration and assist with ad-hoc projects when required
- Serve as the key point of contact for office IT matters, including coordinating with external IT vendors and troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of secretarial, executive assistant, or administrative support experience
- Prior experience supporting senior management within Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Financial Services, or a professional services environment will be advantageous
