• n.Manage contract documentation, claims, variations, and compliance matter
• s.Collaborate with project, legal, and commercial teams to ensure smooth project deliver
• y.Maintain contract records, templates, and internal processe

Requireme

• ntsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or related discipli
• ne.3–5 years of experience in contract management, quantity surveying, or commercial functions within the construction indust
• ry.Experience in industrial projects such as semiconductor plants, data centers, or infrastructure projec
• ts.Good knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, SIA, PSSCOC, or similar), claims, and contract administrati
• on.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skil
• ls.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneous
• ly.Occasional travel may be requir
