We're Hiring: Head of Consulting (Maritime Solutions)!

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Consulting to lead our Maritime Solutions team. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge in maritime operations, consulting strategies, and client engagement, ensuring we deliver innovative solutions that meet industry demands.

Location:Singapore, Singapore
Work Mode:Work from Office
Role:Head of Consulting (Maritime Solutions)

SALARY: Up to SGD $13,000 to $15,000 (Monthly)


Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the overall consulting strategy for company,aligned with business growth and client outcomes.
  • Lead, build, and mentor a high-performing consulting teamacross strategy, transformation, and advisory engagements.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, ensuringquality, timeliness, and measurable client impact.
  • Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholdersacross multiple industries.
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities,shaping proposals, and closing consulting engagements.
  • Develop consulting frameworks, methodologies, and IP todifferentiate company in the market.
  • Partner closely with sales, technology, and product teams todeliver integrated solutions.
  • Oversee project governance, resource planning, and financialperformance (revenue, margin, utilisation).
  • Establish best practices for consulting delivery, riskmanagement, and client satisfaction.
  • Represent company as a thought leader through presentations,industry events, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior consulting leadership role
  • Strong track record in managing complex consultingengagements and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite stakeholders anddrive strategic business outcomes.
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience in P&Lownership, sales support, or business development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
