The Team:

Our team is fun, small, and supportive. You'll have direct communication with everyone in the team. Questions are always welcome, and everyone in the team is hands-on with no dramas. Plus, we show extra love to our interns!

You Will:

• Be assigned a dedicated consultant during your internship.
• Gain insights not only into the recruiting industry but also other industries (e.g., IT, Gaming, E-commerce, Services, etc.).
• Acquire hands-on experience in market research, lead generation, search techniques, mapping, screening resumes, support interview coordination and others.
• Explore not only the Malaysian market but also broader Asia region needs.
• Ask questions every day and gradually learn to work independently.

You Are:

• Analytical and independent.
• Curious, driven, and motivated.
• Eager to learn and explore.
• At least a diploma holder in human resources, information management, business management, psychology, marketing or related fields.
• Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.

Other Details:

• Commencement Period: July 2026 onwards or later
• Minimum commitment of 3 months.
