Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing sales invoice and processing credit and debit notes as required.
• Update purchase invoice and payment data into the accounting system.
• Maintain organized filing of paperwork related to financial transactions.
• Scan and upload documents to the system.
• Provide daily support to finance department.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum one year of experience in a finance role. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to learn and hardworking.
