Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Murex cloud migration projects using Waterfall methodology.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate cloud migration activities including infrastructure readiness, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and provide project updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage communication across business, technology, vendors, and external partners.
• Oversee third-party vendors, system integrators, and cloud service providers.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and risk management standards.
• Drive SDLC activities including requirements gathering, design reviews, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Murex project delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading Murex cloud migration projects (mandatory).
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Treasury, Capital Markets, or Insurance.
• Strong understanding of Murex architecture, implementation lifecycle, and related modules.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing, release management, and project governance.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, audits, operational risk, and technology controls.
• Experience managing vendors, technology transformation, and application modernization initiatives.

Mandatory Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner
