Responsibilities

About Mosscape

Mosscape specializes in preserved moss walls, biophilic design solutions, artificial greenery, and

bespoke landscape installations for commercial, hospitality, retail, and corporate environments. With

a growing portfolio across Singapore, we are expanding into Malaysia and seeking a highly motivated

individual to establish and grow our presence in the market.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Generate new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, developers, facility

managers, and corporate clients.

• Follow up on leads generated from ARCHIDEX and marketing activities.

• Conduct presentations and introduce Mosscape's products and services to prospective

clients.

• Build strategic partnerships within the design and construction industry.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.


Operations & Project Coordination

• Coordinate project requirements between Malaysia clients and the Singapore team.

• Conduct site visits, measurements, and project assessments.

• Source and manage local contractors, installers, and suppliers.

• Monitor project progress and ensure smooth execution.

• Assist in quality control and client handovers.


Market Development

• Identify market trends and new opportunities.

• Gather competitor information and pricing intelligence.

• Recommend strategies to expand Mosscape's market presence in Malaysia.


Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, project coordination, interior

design, landscaping, architecture, exhibitions, or construction-related industries.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Existing network within the architecture, interior design, or property development sectors is

advantageous.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel within Malaysia.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
