As part of its continued growth, our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of its global Discovery & Personalisation platform, which powers search, recommendations, catalog management, and merchandising experiences used by millions of customers worldwide.
The Opportunity
As the Senior Product Manager for Discovery & Personalisation, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a global platform that drives customer discovery, engagement, and conversion across multiple regions. You will work closely with engineering, data science, analytics, commercial, and regional stakeholders to deliver impactful customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own and drive the roadmap for the Discovery & Personalisation platform, including search, recommendations, catalog, and merchandising capabilities.
- Define product vision, strategy, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Balance customer value, commercial impact, and technical feasibility when prioritizing initiatives.
Customer Experience & Growth
- Drive improvements in customer engagement, conversion, and commercial performance through experimentation and optimization.
- Leverage customer insights, behavioral analytics, and market research to identify opportunities and shape product direction.
- Champion customer-centric decision-making across all product initiatives.
Roadmap & Delivery Management
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and backlog.
- Create business cases, product briefs, Lean Business Canvases, and decision documents to support investment and prioritization decisions.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of roadmap commitments within agreed timelines.
Data-Driven Product Development
- Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and success metrics.
- Lead experimentation frameworks, A/B testing initiatives, and performance measurement.
- Use data and customer feedback to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, commercial, and regional functions.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively to diverse audiences.
Go-to-Market & Regional Enablement
- Support product launches through rollout planning, adoption strategies, and performance measurement.
- Provide clear product documentation and implementation guidance to regional teams.
- Ensure successful feature adoption and execution across multiple markets.

Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within e-commerce, marketplaces, consumer technology, search, recommendations, personalization, or related domains.
- Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmap development.
- Experience managing products that serve multiple markets or regions is highly desirable.
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through product innovation and optimization.
