About the Roles

Join a Construction / Engineering Services firm as an M&E Coordinator based in the Central Region. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, offering a basic salary of $4,000 to $6,000 per month.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate BIM model data across multiple disciplines, SWC, and subcontractors to support smooth project delivery.
• Manage, integrate, and maintain BIM data in line with project requirements, design codes, and authority regulations.
• Review BIM models and related data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve BIM-related issues throughout project execution.
• Lead and support model coordination activities for CSSM / SEM models and drawings.
• Facilitate communication with disciplines, SWC, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of BIM information.
• Attend project BIM meetings as an auditor for clients and lead meetings when required.
• Lead CCSM meetings and highlight clashes, discrepancies, and coordination issues for resolution.
• Audit BIM models, data, and processes, and report project metrics based on client team requirements.
• Prepare clear progress updates and status reports for BIM projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Clear understanding of M&E services and project coordination requirements.
• Knowledge of BIM and its application in project delivery.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Navisworks or other markup and design review tools.
• Familiar with Singapore building and construction regulations.
• Able to monitor project progress and manage project-related issues effectively.
• Good documentation skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Self-motivated with good time management skills.
• Experience with substation, SP, or LTA projects will be advantageous.
• Industry BIM certification, such as Revit Professional or BCA BIM courses, is preferred.
