Key Responsibilities:

• Performing Foot Reflexology: Applying pressure with thumbs and fingers to specific areas of the feet, following established protocols and treatment times.
• Communicating with Clients: Discussing treatments, adjusting techniques, and addressing client concerns.
• Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintaining clean and sanitized work areas, sterilizing equipment, and upholding hygiene standards.
• Customer Experience: Greet customers with a smile, create a positive and relaxing environment, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining service records and documenting treatments.
• Health and Safety: Enquiring about guests' medical conditions and allergies, and following relevant regulations.
• Consultation: Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services and providing recommendations.
• Other Responsibilities: Assisting with spa setup, maintaining linens, and potentially performing other massage services.
