We're Hiring — Personal Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to work as a Personal Assistant. You will play a key supporting role in keeping our operations running smoothly — from day-to-day admin to client coordination and digital communications.
Description:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and email correspondence
- Coordinate and manage scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
- Support the team with any ad-hoc duties as required
- 5 Days work week
Skills & Attributes:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Diploma, A-Levels, or currently pursuing a degree
