Job Description

Responsibilities

Duration: Minimum 3 Months (Full-Time Commitment Required)

Join our Regional Consulting Practice as a Business Analyst Intern. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. This role involves analyzing operational models, structuring data, and evaluating how technology systems support business workflows.

Note: This is a full-time internship with the opportunity for conversion to a longer-term contractor or permanent staff member based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Integration: Map operational workflows and translate business needs into clear technical functional specifications
  • Data Architecture: Assist in data cleaning, mapping, and structuring master data models to prepare systems for deployment
  • System Evaluation: Analyze how software platforms align with localized regulatory, compliance, and reporting rules
  • Implementation Support: Support system configuration testing, draft technical documentation, and help manage implementation timelines

Technical & Academic Requirements:

  • Education: Undergrad or recent grad in Business IT, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields
  • Systems Literacy: Foundational understanding of database structures, ERP concepts, or specialized enterprise software workflows (e.g., supply chain or asset management systems)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, or data visualization software) and workflow diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro)

  • Agility & Pace: Ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly to changing project scopes, and thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ownership: Highly reliable and responsible; takes accountability for project deliverables and manages time effectively without constant supervision
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders
  • Presentation: Confident in preparing high-quality slide decks and presenting findings clearly to internal teams and stakeholders

Pay: $1,230.00 per month
