About the Roles

We are seeking an Archi Structure BIM Coordinator to join a leading construction and engineering services firm in the Central Region. This permanent position offers a competitive monthly salary of $4,000–$6,000 and a standard 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). The role involves coordinating architectural and structural BIM activities, leading an in-house modelling team, and ensuring smooth collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to support large-scale construction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and manage BIM models and shop drawings to support construction activities.
• Oversee structural and architectural coordination throughout the construction process.
• Lead and manage the in-house offsite modelling team for efficient BIM delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external parties, and authorities to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Maintain BIM systems and uphold project standards across all construction workflows.
• Liaise with clients and consultants, providing weekly progress reports and conducting technical meetings.
• Ensure subcontractors and vendors comply with project specifications during VDC implementation.
• Address RFIs and manage resolution of coordination issues or disputes with relevant trade subcontractors.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve model conflicts proactively.
• Perform QA/QC checks to verify accuracy and quality of BIM models.
• Support large-scale projects such as commercial towers, ensuring timelines and standards are met.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in coordination roles within construction or engineering projects.
• Familiarity with Singapore building and construction regulations.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural specifications and construction requirements.
• Experience producing structural or architectural shop drawings.
• Exposure to MOHH or commercial projects is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is a plus.
• Industry BIM certification, such as Revit Professional or BCA BIM courses, is preferred.
• Experience using Bluebeam or other markup and design review tools is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Solid knowledge of BIM software and related systems.
