De Hygienique (Asia) Pte. Ltd., established in 2003, is a leading mattress, carpet and upholstery cleaning service provider in Singapore.
Salary: From $2,500, negotiable. A higher salary may be offered to applicants with relevant administrative experience in similar service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer and operational information in the CRM system.
- Perform general administrative duties using Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate professionally with customers through email, WhatsApp and telephone.
- Coordinate daily work schedules for operational staff.
- Follow up on permit applications and site requirements.
- Support team members and other departments with assigned administrative duties.
- Work independently and complete tasks within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum N-Level, O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.
- Mature, responsible and able to work independently.
- At least two years of administrative work experience is preferred.
Working Hours:
Five-day work week, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.
